Job Description

As a skilled performance marketer, you will be responsible for driving measurable ROI, tracking analytics, and scaling client campaigns with precision.

You will develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels to achieve marketing goals.

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to achieve marketing goals.
  • Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients to maximize results.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CPA) to inform data-driven decisions.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Drive measurable ROI through data-driven decision making.
  • Scale client campaigns with precision using industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership and accountability.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is a plus to expand skill set.
