Job Title: Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our team and take on a challenging role in migrating our existing Ant-based build system to either Maven or Gradle.

As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Migrating the build system to either Maven or Gradle, ensuring minimal disruption to the development workflow.
  2. Conducting a thorough analysis of the current Ant build system to identify dependencies, tasks, and project structure.
  3. Designing and implementing a comprehensive CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining Java-based applications.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ant build tool and experience in migrating to Maven or Gradle.
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like GitHub Actions.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other build tools (Maven, Gradle).
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker).
