We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge solutions in the retail banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis & Design
  • Understand and interpret requirements from multiple documentation sources.
  • Collaborate with Architects to design activities and provide accurate effort estimations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align on project goals and technical solutions.

2. Development & Testing

  • Develop software applications adhering to established program standards and coding best practices.
  • Perform hands-on coding, unit testing, and behavior-driven development (BDD).
  • Ensure stringent source code control procedures are followed.
  • Efficiently debug and resolve technical issues.

3. Process Adherence

  • Comply with development processes and methodologies.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely updates and delivery.

4. Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Mentor and train new and existing team members.
  • Foster teamwork and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.

5. Project Reporting & Ownership

  • Maintain accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Track progress, report status, and proactively raise risks/issues.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Architects, and Product Owners.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in Java, Groovy, and modern UI frameworks such as React and Angular.
