
Audit and Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities
- Execute fieldwork and testing across laws – AML, Privacy, Anti-corruption, Consumer Protection & Fairness, etc.
- Design and lead testing programs with strong risk assessment skills.
- Communicate progress and findings to the Manager Compliance Testing Team.
- Lead conversations with senior stakeholders during kick offs, testing, and issue alignment discussions.
- Train and mentor colleagues in upskilling themselves with relevant knowledge and practices.
- Work with Compliance leadership in strategic initiatives to improve delivery models and contribute to presentations to senior leadership.
- Develop remediation plans to address findings.
- Identify emerging regulatory risks or impending legislation impacting the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of internal audit, regulatory compliance experience within the Big Four or a bank/financial institution with AML background.
- Academic Background: Good academic qualification with experience in compliance or legal, preferably with AML knowledge.
- Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA, and individuals with certifications in audit are preferred.
