This role involves managing a comprehensive set of regulatory reporting responsibilities, focusing on the preparation, review, and submission of accurate reports.
- Conduct thorough product audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor and implement daily regulatory requirements.
- Maintain robust control frameworks for banking products.
- Implement and track regulatory circulars, particularly those related to KYC guidelines.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports in accordance with jurisdictional standards.
- Review and validate data sources used for regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Regularly review processes to ensure alignment with regulatory standards for customer onboarding and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, risk, and compliance, to gather data and ensure report accuracy.
- Maintain detailed documentation and audit trails for all submissions.
- Support data submissions to compliance and internal audit teams.
- Leverage data analytics for insights, ensuring proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
- Assist in implementing new regulatory reporting requirements and upgrading reporting systems.
- Manage control management across the entity life-cycle (onboarding, post-modifications, and closure) of entities identified by standard operating procedures.
- Be well-versed in extant norms and guidelines of regulatory bodies such as RBI, UIDAI, CERSAI, NeSL, CRILIC, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and relevant URLs and sites in the corporate/msme/non-individual domain.
- Provide thought leadership and process improvement initiatives by demonstrating control across audit observations, good performance across risk scorecards, and ensure compliance for reporting to relevant external and internal authorities and control functions.
- Update standard operating procedures based on guidelines and compliances laid by regulators (RBI, UIDAI, CERSAI, etc.) with respect to manual onboarding operations.
- Periodic onboarding due diligence, including creation/management/closure of accounts, name screening for individual and non-individual entities (including BCs and BC agents), and individuals as authorized signatories of these entities.
- Ensure clean compliance and reporting, nil audit observations, process adherence from the team as per standard operating procedures and way-of-working.
- Must have working experience in banks for KYC/AML onboarding and management of control tasks, such as name screening, risk profile-based customer CDD/EDD, consequence management action, and process enhancement.
- Reporting, analysis, and operations across processes ranging from individual customers to non-individual customers and retailer/distributor verticals.
- Process improvement in regulatory reporting.

- Understanding of KYC guidelines, analysis skill, good skill set on MS office & SQL
Understanding of name screening KYC/AML activities. Deep understanding of RBI guidelines and regulatory reporting.
