ECM Consultant Position

This position is responsible for leading the design, development and deployment of content management solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable ECM solutions to drive digital transformation and communication strategies across enterprise platforms
  • Lead end-to-end content lifecycle management including capture, storage, retrieval and archival
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
  • Oversee project delivery, timelines and stakeholder communication
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting and upgrades of ECM platforms
Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator and Case Manager
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles
  • Experience in workflow automation, document management and business process management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership
  • Familiarity with integration of ECM systems with other enterprise applications
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • IBM FileNet certification is a plus
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred
