We're hiring a Shopify executive to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online store using Shopify.

Your primary focus will be on optimizing the customer journey, implementing growth strategies, and driving revenue through data-driven decisions.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Fully own the Shopify storefront: design, navigation, catalogs, collections, and product detail pages
  • Upload and manage products, sizes, inventory & seasonal collections
  • Build engaging landing pages, festive drops, and limited-edition launches
  • Growth & Conversion Optimization: Drive CRO with A/B tests on product pages, checkout, and CTAs, Increase AOV via upselling, cross-selling, bundles & free-shipping incentives
  • Analytics & Insights: Track growth KPIs: Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate, Use cohort analysis & funnel insights to inform merchandising and retention strategies

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Shopify management in a D2C fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue through Shopify (CRO, AOV, retention strategies)
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify apps, integrations & growth tools
  • Familiarity with GA4, Facebook Pixel & marketing attribution
