Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to optimize and scale digital performance across global markets.

  • Lead end-to-end performance analysis across paid media channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic.
  • Develop and own advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility.
  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of digital ad platforms, with expertise in attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and ROI forecasting. Additionally, they should possess exceptional analytical skills and be able to communicate complex findings to senior stakeholders effectively.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on attribution models, conversion paths, and media mix optimization.
  • Partner with Paid Media Managers, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to shape acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, media analytics, or digital growth roles.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics & BI tools: Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to present findings and influence senior stakeholders.
