We are seeking a Senior Engineer to drive the technical delivery of water purification systems across India and beyond. This role is central to our growth strategy, offering full lifecycle responsibility from conceptual engineering and system design through procurement and assembly partner coordination to overseeing installation and long-term operations & maintenance.

The successful candidate will work closely with our HQ to develop innovative, efficient, and scalable water purification solutions for the Indian market. Key responsibilities include leading the engineering and design of water purification systems ensuring compliance with local conditions regulatory requirements and performance targets developing detailed system plans P&IDs layouts and process workflows supervising procurement supplier engagement and assembly partner coordination overseeing installation commissioning and technical handover of systems to operations teams or clients taking ownership of operations and maintenance strategies collaborating across disciplines to integrate field learnings and continuously improve system performance staying current on regulatory frameworks certification standards and relevant technological advancements and supporting customer engagements by translating technical features into operational benefits.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in engineering designing and delivering water or process systems at scale
  • Strong background in process engineering hydraulics filtration pumps and automation
  • Demonstrated ability to plan model and optimize complex water treatment processes
  • Experience in managing technical suppliers fabrication partners and field installation teams
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent project planning documentation and execution skills
  • Fluent in English professional level Hindi or other Indian languages are a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Water Process Engineering Environmental Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
