Job Description:

New Product Introduction Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Launch Specialist to lead the development and introduction of our native water purifier products. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely execution from concept to launch, owning project timelines, cost targets, and quality metrics across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong program management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects. A deep understanding of appliance product development, preferably in water purifiers/home appliances/consumer electronics, is also required.

This role involves cross-functional leadership, collaboration with R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing teams, to deliver on product specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Lead NPI projects for multiple water purifier products, ensuring timely execution from concept to launch.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing teams.
  • Product Development & Validation: Ensure DFMA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly) and DFX principles are integrated early in the design stage.
  • Operational Readiness: Establish production readiness with manufacturing teams, including process validation, line setup, and yield improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong Program Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects, with excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

Appliance Product Development Knowledge: Deep understanding of water purifier product development, preferably in consumer electronics/home appliances.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of plastic parts, filtration technologies, electronics integration, pumps/valves, and assembly processes.
