Project Manager Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, with excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless project execution.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure transparent and timely project updates.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build trust and credibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and timeliness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
