Job Title: HR Manager

Our organization is seeking an exceptional HR Manager to lead all aspects of our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  • Design and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that meet labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job postings to hiring and onboarding.
  • Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining staff.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Coordinate performance review processes and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee growth.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports in accordance with audit and data privacy standards.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
