Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Professional to join our marketing team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid campaign strategies across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns to achieve optimal results.
- Campaign Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets to maximize returns on investment.
- Staying Updated: Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Actionable Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads (preferably for D2C/e-commerce brands).
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets. Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization. Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
