We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our paid advertising efforts. This full-time on-site role is located in Hyderabad.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. They will focus on search engine marketing (SEM), targeting high-intent keywords and maintaining high-quality scores.

Responsibilities:

  • Paid Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Regularly review bidding strategies and budgets to ensure optimal spending efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance, user behavior, and event tracking.
  • Remarketing & Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement remarketing strategies to re-engage existing leads.
  • Local SEO & Competitor Research: Enhance local visibility by optimizing online presence and tracking competitor activity.
  • Lead Quality & Funnel Optimization: Monitor and analyze lead quality to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience developing and implementing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage segmented audience lists based on user behavior and funnel position.
  • Experience running tailored remarketing campaigns to increase conversion rates from previously engaged users.
  • Skilled in analyzing the performance of paid advertising efforts and optimizing creatives, bidding, and frequency based on data insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have 2+ years experience in Paid campaigns
