  • Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead/participate in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations (Finance & Trade) to drive high-quality solutions.
  • Develop solution demos, proposals, and effort estimations to ensure project success.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage engagements to deliver exceptional results.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and contribute to our offerings to drive growth and development.
">Required Skills & Experience">
  • 3–8 years' experience in ERP/D365 Finance & Operations with a strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and T&L.
  • ERP implementation/project management experience with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • CA / ICWA / MBA / B.E / B.Tech (or equivalent) with Microsoft certification preferred.
  • Travel readiness and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
