Voyage Optimisation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled voyage optimisation specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project performance tracking and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement optimum routes and speeds for customer vessels in accordance with commercial needs and agreements.
  • Analyse completed voyages, provide reports and feedback to stakeholders, and evaluate claims performance.
  • Support customer success teams during onboarding and scaling up processes.
  • Understand the back-end processes of Smart Ship Hub's optimisation platform and serve as an expert for front-end and user interface.
  • Utilise Smart Ship Hub applications to determine optimal and weather-safe routes, providing recommendations to customers via SSH applications.
  • Oversight of global fleets will impact fuel consumption and contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across different time zones and seniority levels.
