We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced employment law professional to join our team in India. This role requires a deep understanding of Indian labor laws, risks, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Advisory & Counsel: Provide specialist advice to business units on employment law matters.
  • Corporate & Policy Matters: Advise on corporate reorganizations, redundancies, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Dispute & Litigation Management: Review employment tribunal and court claims, and coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
  • Investigations & Agreements: Advise on internal investigations related to policy violations and draft settlement agreements.
  • Training & Knowledge Management: Run training sessions for employees on various workplace matters.
About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced employment law professional to work closely with the People & Culture team to achieve optimal business outcomes.
