Campaign Specialist Role

As a Campaign Specialist, you will work on improving clients' hybrid cloud and AI journey. This involves building campaign journeys and filtering entry audiences.

You will create emails using content builder in SFMC and communicate with market representatives. Additionally, you will investigate journey bugs and create data extensions for send and personalization requests.

Key responsibilities include attaching creatives to a journey for final deployment, building cloud pages whenever required, creating user input form pages, and writing to Data Extensions.

Automation in Automation Studio and error exception handlers are also part of the job to prevent unhandled risk.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a bachelor's degree or master's degree, minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Automation, and experience using AMP scripting, responsive HTML, CSS, JavaScript coding, and basic HTML knowledge.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand campaign briefs and campaign flows, communicate effectively with market representatives, read and edit HTML, CSS code, and have Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge and basics of SQL.
