Key Role: Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled financial planning and analysis expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop periodic forecasts and annual plans that align with business objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide stakeholders with in-depth analysis and insights into revenue and cost aspects to inform strategic decisions.
  • Account Review: Review actuals against plans on a monthly basis, including account analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Insights: Utilize finance knowledge to create and analyze reports that impact financial performance, providing timely insights to key stakeholders.
  • Presentation Skills: Develop and deliver key internal and external presentations that effectively communicate financial information and recommendations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from Excel and larger databases to provide actionable insights that drive business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvements and policy development initiatives that benefit the function and contribute to overall organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years or 5-12 years of experience, preferably in the IT industry, with a proven track record of delivering financial planning and analysis projects.
  • A preferred CA or MBA degree, with a focus on finance or a related field.
  • Experience working with corporate finance at FP&A functions or business finance, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • Sharp analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams and manage timelines effectively.
  • The capacity to influence top management and stakeholders with data-driven insights, driving business growth and improvement.
