  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual budgets and build financial models to drive business growth.
  • Monitor targets and course correct against plan vs. actual performance.
  • Publish regular Management Information Systems (MIS) dashboards for leadership, investors, and management teams.
  • Analyze revenue streams and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform periodic data reconciliation and follow up with insurers and internal sales teams to close revenue gaps.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline financial processes.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Strong data gathering and manipulation skills using Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Able to develop strong partnerships with business leaders to influence and persuade.
  • Excellent business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills with editorial expertise.
  • Deep expertise in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
