Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across Amazon DSP, CM360, and programmatic platforms.
  • Design, streamline, and document operational processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify resource gaps and collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless hiring or redistribution.
  • Provide expert guidance to client-facing teams on delivery, performance, and troubleshooting.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable digital solutions through structured planning and media intelligence.
  • Collaborate with account managers to deliver actionable insights and regular performance reports.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive problem-solving, strategic input, and regular check-ins.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Search, Social, Programmatic, and AdOps functions.
  • Monitor team bandwidth, performance, and resource allocation to maintain delivery quality.
  • Streamline client onboarding from brief intake to go-live.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • Experience working with clients in US and APAC regions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance marketing, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to drive decisions using data.
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills.
