About the Role
The Senior Digital Project Manager will oversee daily project coordination, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will have a high level of organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

This is a remote opportunity with flexible working hours from 6:00 pm – 3:30 am IST (8:30 am - 6:00 pm ET).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Perform QA testing to ensure email content renders well across email clients and matches client submissions.
  • Secure approval of emails and address any edits as needed.
  • Schedule emails and guide clients on account protocols.
  • Pull metrics reports and share them with clients.
  • Assist with additional email marketing projects, such as quarterly benchmark reports or template builds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably at an agency.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
