Job Role:

A CX Intern will be responsible for managing and responding to all incoming/outgoing calls promptly and professionally. This is a work-from-home position, requiring own laptop and stable internet connection.

  • Answer and address incoming/outgoing phone calls
  • Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance
  • Redirect calls to the relevant team members as needed
Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service through phone interactions, follow up with clients and customers via phone when required, and offer insights and feedback on phone communication strategies as an intern in the customer experience team.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail
