Automation Developer

We are seeking a skilled Automation Developer to join our team.

About the Job:

Our ideal candidate will execute scripts to extract structured data from large files, including OCR-based extraction from scanned PDFs. They will ensure seamless data transfer to Excel, applying formatting and logic as per project needs. The Automation Developer will use Python, MySQL, and Excel to create and run data deduplication scripts, cleaning datasets and removing duplicates. They will perform data grouping and classification tasks, particularly on platforms other than iConect. Additionally, they will manage Excel consolidation and data normalization, conducting all standard data integrity checks in line with project specifications. The Automation Developer will also automate daily task reports using Python to provide insights on resource allocation and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a legal support, data processing, or technical project role.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in Python, MySQL, and Excel, experience with OCR tools, SharePoint, and automation scripts.
  • Soft skills: excellent verbal and written communication in English, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
