Job Title:

Salesforce HealthCloud Implementation Specialist

As a seasoned Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving requirements gathering, solution design, and client education to ensure alignment of HealthCloud capabilities with healthcare business needs. You will be responsible for conducting workshops, mapping healthcare processes into Salesforce solutions, configuring HealthCloud features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Workshops: Conduct workshops to gather and document client requirements, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Process Mapping: Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions, leveraging your expertise in healthcare workflows and standards.
  • Configuration: Configure Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • HealthCloud Experience: Minimum 2+ HealthCloud implementations as Functional Consultant, demonstrating expertise in the platform's capabilities and limitations.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care), including FHIR and HL7 standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client-facing skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Certification: Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
