Job Title:

Cash Management Specialist

We are inviting applications for a position responsible for collecting delinquent amounts from customers, detailing cash management tasks, and resolving internal disputes.

  • Cash management involving transfers, write-off, and other related duties.
  • Making collections to customers via phone, email, or fax, and reconciling orders to match customer books.
  • Following up on customer inquiries, working between departments, and providing payment plans as needed.
Responsibilities:

This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and effectively handle multiple concurrent demands.

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications include B.Com and proven experience in cash management. Preferred qualifications include good customer handling skills, high energy level, and good knowledge of Excel.
