Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee multiple IT projects simultaneously. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.

About the Opportunity

This is a multifaceted role that requires strong leadership skills, including experience in managing cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, focusing on timely delivery and successful implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk assessments.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in product delivery.
  • Outcome-oriented attitude and ability to drive multiple teams.
  • Prior experience of leading at least one project in digital channels space (online or mobile banking) is mandatory.
  • Banking project experience is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with technology, but not a technical expert.
  • Experience managing a team size of 8-15 associates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
