Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing high-performing ads and measuring their impact.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who is able to go above and beyond to deliver results. If you have experience managing high-budget ad campaigns and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing.
  • Create, execute, and optimize campaigns end-to-end on various channels to maximize returns.
  • Innovate and come up with new campaign ideas to share with other team members.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for user acquisition and conversion.
  • Work closely with team leads to create and drive strategies with prioritized initiatives to deliver highest returns on performance marketing spends.
  • Track and measure campaign level, ad-set level, and ad level performance, and provide actionable insights.
  • Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc., on a daily basis, and prepare performance reports.
  • Stay updated on online marketing trends and best practices, and keep strategies current.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Run ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
Soft Skills:
  • High Ownership (taking complete responsibility for growth via respective channels).
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and get-things-done.
  • Creative outlook and an eye for detail.
  • Super Iterative (being able to do thousands of experiments).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
