Cluster Lead Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Lead to drive growth in our sales division. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in direct sales, B2C sales, merchant acquisition, offline payments, distribution, or telecom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for merchant/retailer acquisition across various segments.
- Cultivate sourcing, lead generation, and closure of new acquisitions & activations.
- Lead and manage a team of direct sales professionals.
- Nurture strong merchant relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement promotional strategies to enhance market penetration & visibility.
- Conduct regular market assessments to expand market presence.
- Achieve consistent sales and activation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in sales & team management.
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices with the ability to coach teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
- Proven leadership, people management, and team-building capabilities.
