Optimize ServiceNow OTM Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant to lead our team's efforts in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with the ServiceNow platform in large-scale, complex production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Midserver settings, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Networking concepts, DMZ zones, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environments, and Industrial control system architectures.
  • Develop and deploy OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow.
  • Enhance and configure the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform, and create automated processes using Business Rule, Script Action, etc.
  • Document development, configuration, and technical details, and prepare training materials for project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various components. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
