Job Title: Workplace Experience Enabler

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Workplace Experience Enabler. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for occupants of large upscale modern offices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create a customer-centric experience by breeding a delightful experience for occupants of the workspace.
  • Become the single point of contact for daily workspace needs on office floors and a counsel to employees present.
  • Establish direct relationships with employees working from the office.
  • Respond and close all service tickets and feedbacks within defined SLAs.
  • Share observations regarding any misalignment to defined guidelines for using office amenities.
  • Have periodic connects with all point of contact of different business to understand their perspective of service.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement events in line with client expectations.
  • Consolidate feedback to management team regularly for ongoing improvement implementation.
  • Report any concerns or patterns in employee feedback periodically to assistant workspace experience manager.
  • Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success.
  • Drive client specific initiatives such technology roll-outs, benchmarking, best practices etc.
  • Ensure operations are aligned to financial processes and controls are adhered to at all times to achieve good financial management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business or other related field.
  • Experience of 1-3 years in hospitality-hotel, aviation industry, coworking spaces.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication verbal and written.
