Job Description:

As a Senior Graphic Web Designer, you will be responsible for leading our visual team and creating innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, packaging, print, and social media design.

This role requires a creative problem-solver with excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills. You will work on developing logos, visual languages, typography stacks, color systems, iconography, and brand guidelines. Additionally, you will craft multi-channel campaign assets with sharp visual hierarchy and on-brand storytelling.

You will spend 70% of your time on graphic design and the remaining 30% on web/UI design. Your tasks will include designing responsive layouts in Figma, preparing handoffs with development teams, and working on performance creatives.

We are looking for a team player who can mentor junior designers, collaborate with copywriters and developers, and present polished work with clear rationale.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, packaging, print, and social media design
  • 3-4 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house team
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience with Figma, motion basics, illustration, and e-commerce creatives
  • Comfortable working with A/B testing and reading basic analytics
