We are seeking a dedicated Student Success Professional to support students in their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for newly enrolled students, assisting them with navigating campus resources, policies, and academic expectations.
  • Maintaining accurate student records, updating and managing information in the Student Information System (SIS).
  • Handling semester-wise student fee collection, issuing receipts, and providing timely assistance via various channels.
  • Communicating important information on future payment deadlines, policy updates, and key events through various mediums; educating students on financial aid options, scholarships, grants, and associated application processes.
  • Resolving non-technical issues during course registration and assisting with enrolment-related errors.
  • Sharing updates on alumni events, guest lectures, webinars, and networking opportunities to foster engagement and learning.
  • Generating customized reports and compiling data for internal use or regulatory compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in student support, operations, or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with online education platforms, CRM systems, data analytics tools, and helpdesk software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent student service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with data.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Understanding of the student lifecycle and ability to support learners at each stage of their academic journey.
  • Passion for education and commitment to student success.
