Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to develop innovative solutions using existing frameworks and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of new feature implementations and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in software development, preferably with experience in full-stack and mobile development.
  • Familiarity with Appian frameworks, including SAIL, Process Models, Rules, Expressions, and Appian Objects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex system performance issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make informed decisions.
