Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Development Manager, responsible for leading the development and implementation of agent recruitment strategies.

  • Develop multiple sources of agent hiring and build a team of skilled agents to drive pipeline growth.
  • Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall and generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring. Implement MLI GOLD process and adhere to business norms.

Agent Development

Ensure product knowledge through MLI-approved training methods, including field demonstrations and agent prospecting habits development.

  • Work with agents on planning and reviewing their activities and goals.
  • Identify training needs of agents and collaborate with Trainers to address them.

Meet Business Targets

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans by improving agent productivity and persistency through regular performance reviews and goal setting.

  • Maintain agent proactivity as per business plan.
  • Improve sales mix ratio and adhere to business norms.

Customer Centricity

Act as a brand ambassador and customer champion, adhering to MLI sales practices to develop deep customer loyalty.

  • Hold periodical customer meets to understand customer pulse and needs.
  • Respond to customer queries satisfactorily as per MLI standards.

Desired Competencies

The ideal candidate should possess sourcing and selection capability, talent nurturing and development skills, result orientation, customer centricity, and planning and execution expertise.

  • Achieve business plan and GPA recruitment targets.
  • Persistency as per MLI grid.
  • Achieve GOLD Score as per MLI standard.
  • Minimum Education: Graduate.
