Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Agency Growth Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our agency by leading the distribution build-up and sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to increase distribution and agent productivity.
  • Manage the life cycle of new distributors from hiring to month-on-month productivity, ensuring they meet specific club qualification targets.
  • Engage with key stakeholders at the headquarters and line managers to facilitate effective communication and program deliverables.
  • Operate independently to define and drive end-to-end processes, analyzing performance and initiating process improvements to drive core objectives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership position.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and increasing distribution.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
