Database Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Technical Lead to fill this key role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages with strong experience in Oracle (RDBMS) Database.
  • Create new and review existing PL/SQL packages for changes/performance/tuning improvements.
  • Design, develop, test, release, maintain, and provide technical support for database development.
  • Analyze query execution plans and optimize queries for speed and resource utilization.
  • Work closely with developers, system administrators, and data analysts to support database-related needs.
  • Develop scripts and tools for database monitoring, management, and automation.
  • Identify and resolve database issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex database-related problems.
  • Demonstrate ability to excel in an Agile development environment.

Key Requirements:

  • 6-10 years' experience in database development and technical leadership.
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent managerial skills.
  • Able to lead a team of database developers.
  • Knowledge of product-based software is preferred.
  • B.Tech/B.E degree (must).
  • Master's Degree (Preferred).
