Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished software architect proficient in JavaScript and its applications to design, build, and maintain our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing scalable back-end and front-end solutions using modern technologies.
  • Implementing efficient data storage and protection protocols.
  • Creating reusable code libraries for future use and ensuring the entire stack is optimized for performance and scalability.
  • Designing and implementing robust REST APIs.
  • Integrating UI components with constructed APIs.
  • Designing and implementing continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms like GCP and AWS services, Docker containers, and CI/CD.
  • Proficiency in version control using GitLab.
  • Expertise in designing RESTful Web Services and SOAP protocols.
  • Broad knowledge of web standards for authentication including OAuth2, SSL, CORS, and JWT.
  • Ability to write clean, secure, test-driven, maintainable, and modular code.
  • Understanding of platform responsibilities, design patterns, APIs, proxies, caching layers, databases, and other web services used in the system.
  • Flexibility and comfort working in agile environments.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Strong team player with a desire to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with end-users to understand business needs.
  • Experience in defining project scope, creating estimates, and designing application architectures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
