Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a variety of tasks and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to mentor junior software engineers and clearly communicate findings through presentations and reporting.
  • Understand project requirements and develop high-level designs, decomposing them into detailed designs.
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs.
  • Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives and create detailed designs to support implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams.
  • Clearly understand API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills and liaise with global teams within the organization.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in application design and development, with at least 3+ years of experience in application design and development.
  • Experience working in complex automotive projects, owning responsibility for low-level design, implementation, and validation.
  • Experienced in designing and developing software solutions in AUTOSAR.
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages like C/C++.
  • Knowledge of Agile SW development process.
  • Hands-on experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms.
  • Good knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack.
  • Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns.
  • Good understanding of ISO26262.
