We are seeking a highly skilled telecommunications expert to join our team as a technical authority.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and resolve critical alerts in a timely manner within defined service level agreements.
  • Support engineers with requirements to execute work efficiently.
  • Perform initial ticket triage regarding fault requests, provide analysis for accurate L2 escalation, and append tickets with concise notes on activities taken.
  • Verify access requests confirmation and approval dates, times, and references.
  • Lead the team in handling customer calls, emergency bridges, and ensure prompt escalation to management when necessary.
  • Prepare network reports and PPTs to present to customers.

To succeed in this role, you must have sound knowledge of baseband and fronthaul technologies, including SIU routers and RAN equipment. You should also possess knowledge of 2G, 4G, and 5G network KPIs, be able to analyze and report issues promptly, and have a general understanding of telecommunications concepts such as GSM, LTE, and NR technologies, traffic concepts, handover concepts, signaling, and product functional demands. Additionally, you should have broad knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems and experience with Ericsson Integration.

A degree in electrical engineering or telecommunications engineering, or equivalent, is required, along with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
