Technical Writer Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation that is technically accurate, clear, and concise.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Define target audience and outline manuals, ensuring all content meets the company's writing style guidelines.
  • Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions, including user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews.
  • Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to deliver technical documentation with a focus on clarity, completeness, accuracy, and usability.
  • Obtain product information from agile meetings, specifications, supplemental material, and discussions with SMEs.
  • Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
  • Suggest screen labels and error messages with a focus on improving the customer experience (UX).
  • Skilled in writing, editing, reviewing, and scrutinizing a variety of documents.
  • Coordinate with onsite trainers for the required document deliverables.
  • Proven English writing skills and knowledge of MSTP are required.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment and proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Visio are preferred.
