Drive Governance and Delivery Excellence

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to drive governance, planning, and delivery excellence across global IT programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience handling global IT/professional services programs, and a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).

About the Role:

  • Establish PMO standards, including charters, stage gates, RACI, RAID, dependency maps, change control, and benefits tracking.
  • Built integrated master schedules, critical path analyses, and resource plans across time zones, and run weekly cadence meetings.
  • Managed budgets and forecasts, as well as CAPEX/OPEX, accruals, and vendor Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Created portfolio dashboards using Power BI/Tableau, and maintained a single source of truth.
  • Partnered with engineering, data/ML, security, and finance teams, and prepared steering committee packs.
  • Enforced SDLC/Agile controls, documentation, audit readiness, and change-management baselines.
  • Cordinated data readiness, model delivery milestones, MLOps release gating, model risk/ethical reviews, and acceptance criteria.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years in PMO/program management for global IT within IT services or professional services firms.
  • PMP certification (active).
  • Proven delivery of multi-region programs.
  • Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum & Waterfall/Hybrid; stage-gate governance.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira/Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet, Power BI/Tableau, and M365/Google Workspace.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML program exposure: data pipelines, model lifecycle, MLOps (CI/CD), model risk/monitoring, privacy/compliance.
  • Knowledge of SAFe/Prince2/ITIL, CSM/PSM; cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience with ISO 27001/SOC 2 evidence collection; GxP or regulated environments.
