At the forefront of innovation, we are seeking a seasoned Product Visionary to spearhead transformational initiatives in Credit Analysis, Insurance, and Risk & Compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen, product expertise, and domain knowledge, with a proven track record of delivering customer-centric digital solutions.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional Agile teams to define vision, manage product backlogs, and drive delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

2. Act as a domain expert in Credit, Insurance, or Risk & Compliance, providing strategic guidance and oversight.

3. Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies.

4. Craft and refine user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless execution.

5. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, capturing requirements and ensuring alignment across business, IT, compliance, actuarial, underwriting, and risk teams.

6. Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

7. Support build, testing, UAT, training, and rollout activities, ensuring timely delivery.

8. Monitor product performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.

9. Leverage data-driven insights to enhance processes and user experience, promoting data-driven decision making.

Domain Tracks:

Credit Analysis:

1. Expertise in credit assessment processes and regulatory reporting is essential.

2. Proficiency in RWA calculator (RWA, RoRWA, EL calculation) is highly desirable.

3. Experience in credit transformation initiatives is a plus.

Insurance (Life, Health, General):

1. Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, claims, actuarial, and compliance is required.

2. Experience in digital insurance product development is highly valued.

3. Proven ability to deliver customer-centric solutions is essential.

Risk & Compliance:

1. Experience in risk assessment, risk management, and compliance frameworks is crucial.

2. Ability to manage project/product delivery with regulatory considerations is essential.

3. Hands-on experience in backlog refinement and product tracking for risk-focused initiatives is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of total experience, including 4+ years as a Product Owner.

2. Strong business analysis & documentation skills are essential.

3. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly valued.

4. Proven stakeholder management & communication skills are critical.

5. Track record of delivering high-impact digital products in BFSI is a must.
