Job Title: Supply Chain Operations SpecialistAbout Our Organization:We are a leading company in the energy sector, dedicated to solving social issues related to energy, environment, and resource management through innovative lithium-ion battery products.Our goal is to establish India's first Giga plant for manufacturing Lithium Ion Cells in Bengaluru, and we're seeking a skilled professional to lead our Cell R&D organization in NMC technology development.As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing raw materials, assembly materials, PPEs, and consumables inventory in shopfloor according to production plans.You will also issue materials from various warehouses to production using materials handling equipment such as Rail Guided Vehicle (RGV), Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV), Forklifts, BOPTs, HOPTs, Stalkers, and Conveyors.In addition, you will allocate manpower for kitting, de-palletizing, palletising, packing, material issues, internal scrap movement, and ensure zero stock variance through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and variance analysis.You will also coordinate with internal stakeholders such as production planning, process, maintenance, quality, IT contractors, SCM to ensure business requirements are met.Your responsibilities will include maintaining and issuing PPEs and consumables, ensuring required entries and passed in SAP, and adhering to standards.Key Skills and Qualifications:
