Supply Chain Transformation Specialist

The position of Supply Chain Transformation Specialist requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. You will work closely with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and deliver tailored solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse. Your hands-on experience with Kinaxis and strategic thinking skills will enable you to align technology capabilities with business objectives.

  • You will collaborate with clients to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.
  • You will lead discovery sessions to understand client needs and develop customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • You will present proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
  • You will configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.
  • You will guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • A strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
