As a Business Solutions Expert, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses navigate complex logistics and supply chain management challenges. Your technical expertise will be leveraged to deliver tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, fostering long-term partnerships built on mutual understanding and trust.
  • Lead solutioning discussions, ensuring the product's positioning aligns with client needs and goals.
  • Translate client pain points into actionable logistics and supply chain solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive growth in assigned territories, leveraging technical expertise to position cutting-edge logistics tech solutions for global enterprises.
  • Develop and deliver compelling solution presentations, product demos, and RFP responses that showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Ensure seamless communication and handoff between clients and internal teams, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prioritize continuous improvement by using customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a technology solutions consultant for enterprise clients, with a strong background in solution design and solution selling.
  • Prior exposure to supply chain or logistics tech is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of AI-driven solutions essential for success.
  • Graduate from a Tier 1 institute, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven experience in handling complex product demos, RFPs, and cross-functional collaboration, with a knack for pipeline building and territory management.
