Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong commitment to quality standards.
  • Plan, execute, and perform inspections and testing of incoming and outgoing products to confirm conformity.
  • Suggest solutions to identified problems and assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
  • Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction and collaborate with the production team to achieve better results.
  • Develop or update inspection procedures and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify recurring issues.
  • Interpret and comply with industry quality assurance standards and collect data through records and tracking systems.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits, and prepare and present reports to senior management.
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or business administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as a sense of ownership and pride in your performance.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and professional certification in Quality Assurance.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance automation.
