Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and manage business valuation engagements for financial reporting and tax purposes.
  • Conduct valuations related to Business Combinations / Purchase Price Allocation, Goodwill Impairments, Gift and Estate Valuation, 409A/Stock Compensation (ASC 718), and more.
  • Assemble market/guideline/comparable financial and valuation data.
  • Develop financial models and understand US Tax laws.

What We Look For:

  • CFA, CA, MBA, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven experience in business valuation, preferably 8+ years.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
