  • A key responsibility will be architecting and implementing real-time data acquisition visualization and reporting solutions
  • The ideal candidate must ensure seamless integration of OT systems PLC SCADA MES with enterprise IT systems ERP databases cloud
  • They should develop and maintain secure efficient data exchange using REST APIs MQTT and OPC UA protocols
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial databases SQL historian timeseries databases for high availability and performance is also required
  • Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams is necessary to align system capabilities with production and business needs
  • The position involves providing technical leadership in digital transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing and predictive analytics
  • Troubleshooting optimizing and supporting existing SCADAMES deployments to ensure minimal downtime is a critical task
  • Mentorship of junior engineers and knowledge sharing across the engineering team are essential skills
  • A minimum of 410 years of experience in SCADAMES engineering within the manufacturing industry is required
  • Mandatory proven expertise with Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation including scripting module configuration and project deployment is needed
    • A strong background in MES functions production tracking OEE downtime analysis traceability SPC etc is required
    • Proficiency with database technologies SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL or equivalent is necessary
    • Hands-on experience with OTIT integration technologies is required
    • REST APIs for system interconnectivity are essential
    • MQTT for IIoT messaging and lightweight communication is required
    • OPC UA for industrial interoperability is necessary
    • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems PLC SCADA HMIs and plant floor connectivity is required
    • Familiarity with manufacturing standards ISA95 ISA88 ISA99IEC 62443 is necessary
    • Excellent problem-solving communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are required
    • Experience with cloud-based IIoT platforms Azure IoT AWS IoT etc is desirable
