Strategic Communications Professional

This role is designed for a seasoned communications professional who can develop compelling communication strategies and narratives for political, policy, and election campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in communications or channel management, with a proven track record of success in media, PR/communications agency, public affairs, or a political setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing strategic communications plans to drive campaign objectives.
  • Overseeing digital advertising strategy and execution using analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Leading a team to produce engaging content, including Shorts and long-form videos.
  • Analyzing YouTube Studio metrics to inform future content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Indian politics, history, socio-economic issues, and current affairs.
  • Expertise in the YouTube algorithm, content strategy, and SEO.
  • Able to craft compelling narratives for video from scripting to final edit.
  • Skilled in managing video production workflows and creative teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills to craft clear, concise, and persuasive narratives for diverse audiences.
